Trust

Proof before the promise.

A review is only “verified” by a contract

The badge is granted only where a signed contract ties the organiser and the vendor, one review per workspace per vendor. Without a contract the review still exists, but it carries no badge.

A ranking that explains itself

“Why this ranking?” breaks the score down component by component, computed by a deterministic engine. No AI takes any part in the score.

Signals that are computed, or nothing at all

Response time, completion rate, cancellations: derived from real facts and recomputed on every signature. Below three observations, no value is published.

How trust works here
The model, no surprises

Free to organise. Vendors pay to be seen.

Search is open: the directory and the map are there for everyone, with no account. An account is only needed to request quotes and run an event — and it stays free. Only vendors pay for the Pro plan (€59 excl. VAT / month) to be listed and to receive enquiries. No commission is taken.
