Proof before the promise.
Evantya tells what it has verified apart from what is merely declared, and writes it down.
Eight rules that do not move.
They are written here because they are written in the code.
A review is only “verified” by a contract
The badge is granted only where a signed contract ties the organiser and the vendor, one review per workspace per vendor.
A ranking that explains itself
“Why this ranking?” breaks the score down component by component, computed by a deterministic engine.
Signals that are computed, or nothing at all
Response time, completion rate, cancellations: derived from real facts and recomputed on every signature.
Proof keeps its origin
An external reference confirmed by a past client strengthens a reputation, but it never turns into a booking “through Evantya”.
Sponsored content shows
Promoted content is labelled “Sponsored”.
Reporting and moderation
Any review or reference can be reported by a signed-in user; a moderation queue handles reports with audited actions.
A directory that does not quietly vanish
An empty score generation is never activated, a replay repairs a generation with holes in it, and the total shown is counted on the same query as the page.
Storage proves it lasts
In production the API refuses to start until storage for certificates, condition-report photos and deliverables is proven durable.
We would rather say “simulated” than let you believe.
Money is in cents, never in floating point
Totals, taxes, budgets, margins: a deterministic, tested TypeScript engine.
Payment is simulated in the demo
The payment schedule, the deposit and the budget reconciliation all work; real card capture is waiting on a configured payment gateway.
Electronic signature is simulated
The contract, its immutable snapshot and its effects (date blocked, access opened) are real; the qualified signature will go through an accredited provider.
E-invoicing: compatible, not accredited
Invoices are numbered and immutable; transmission to an accredited platform is simulated.
Search on proof, not on promises.
Search is open to all. An account is only needed to request quotes and run your event. Only vendors pay to be listed.
