Cookie policy
What we put on your device, why, and how to say no as easily as yes.
Last updated: [À COMPLÉTER : date de dernière mise à jour]What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a site. It can, for instance, keep you signed in from one page to the next, remember your display preferences, or measure how much the service is used.
This policy also covers equivalent technologies (browser local storage in particular) that Evantya uses to keep certain settings on your device.
Cookies we use
| Category | Purpose | Consent | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Keep your session open, remember the active workspace, secure forms and prevent fraud. Without them, the service cannot work. | Not required (statutory exemption) | Session to 30 days |
| Preferences | Remember your display settings, such as light or dark mode. | Not required | 12 months |
| Audience measurement | Understand, in aggregate, which pages are used, in order to improve the service. | Required, unless configured under the exemption [À COMPLÉTER : outil de mesure et son paramétrage] | 13 months maximum |
Audience measurement
The audience measurement tool chosen is [À COMPLÉTER : outil de mesure d'audience]. Until it is deployed, no measurement tracker is placed. If it is configured so as to meet the CNIL’s exemption conditions (a purpose strictly limited to measurement, no cross-referencing and no transmission to third parties), it is placed without consent; otherwise, it is placed only after you have agreed.
What we do not do
- No advertising or retargeting cookies.
- No social network tracker placed without your knowledge.
- No sale of your data, and none made available to data brokers.
- No advertising profiling from your browsing.
Accept or refuse
Where trackers subject to consent are used, a banner lets you accept or refuse them. Refusing is as simple as accepting: both actions sit at the same level, one click away, and making no choice counts as a refusal. No tracker subject to consent is placed before you agree.
You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookies” link in the footer. Withdrawing consent is as simple as giving it and takes effect immediately for the future.
How long they last
The lifetime of each category is in the table above. It never exceeds thirteen (13) months for audience measurement trackers. Your choice to accept or refuse is kept for six (6) months; once it expires, you are asked again.
